1. About AZS STUDIO

AZS STUDIO (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides mobile and personalised tailoring services, including consultations, measurements, garment design, and custom-made clothing. Services may be conducted at the client’s property, a mutually agreed location, or online.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

3. Services & Custom Work

All garments produced by AZS STUDIO are custom-made based on individual measurements, preferences, and specifications provided by the client.

You acknowledge that:

Custom-made garments are unique and tailored specifically for you
Minor variations may occur due to fabric behaviour, body movement, or craftsmanship
Visual references or sketches are indicative and not exact replicas

4. Consultations

An initial consultation (online or in-person) may be required before accepting an order
Consultations are intended to understand your needs, take measurements, and discuss design details
Any advice or recommendations provided are based on professional judgment

5. Measurements

Measurements may be taken by AZS STUDIO or provided by the client
AZS STUDIO is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from measurements provided by the client
Changes in body size after measurements are taken may affect garment fit

6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are quoted based on design complexity, fabric choice, and scope of work
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm an order
All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated
Payments are non-refundable once production has commenced

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Consultations

Consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable notice
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee

Orders

Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, cancellations are not permitted
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law

8. Alterations & Fit Adjustments

Reasonable fit adjustments may be offered at our discretion
Alterations due to changes in body size, design changes, or client preference after production begins may incur additional charges
AZS STUDIO does not guarantee unlimited alterations

9. Delivery & Collection

Estimated timelines will be communicated but are not guaranteed
Delays caused by material availability, third-party production, or circumstances beyond our control may occur
AZS STUDIO is not liable for delays arising from such circumstances

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with website functionality
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, branding, and logos, is the property of AZS STUDIO unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Design concepts, patterns, and garments created by AZS STUDIO remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AZS STUDIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service
We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during appointments

13. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with the PDPA.

14. Force Majeure

AZS STUDIO shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, supply disruptions, or government restrictions.
